We will work for you to secure preferential funding terms from our broad panel of funders. We will look to secure funding on transactions from £5,000 to £50M for all UK based companies who are buying (or refinancing) suitable new or used assets for their business.
- Acquisition finance - by using our extensive panel of lenders we are able to source some of the best rates available in the market today. We are able to provide competitive funding on loans from £5,000 to £50M with terms up to 10 years.
- Asset refinance - We will look closely at all of a company's existing assets; vehicles, plant, machinery, business equipment, finished stock, commercial property as well as some the less obvious assets, we are able to identify specific ways in which to improve cash flow and provide additional working capital for our clients.
- Business Recovery Finance ...
- Often referred to as "Turnaround" finance, which is used to assist business clients who find that additional capital is required to maintain the health of their business. In many cases we can assist if the company has CCJ's or is subject to a "CVA" (Company Voluntary Arrangement).
