Job Description

We are a small, friendly company, so being a team player is essential. To apply for this position you will be an exceptional administrator, coming from a secretarial or office administration background. Experience of working within Financial Services, banking, insurance, or a financial environment will put you at a distinct advantage. Above all you will be a professional and positive individual with time-management skills, attention to detail, to be able to work under pressure to tight deadlines and prioritise own workload, with excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with people of varying professional status.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

Applicants need to be organised and enthusiastic and to ensure efficient delivery of administration services, meeting deadlines, and to develop and maintain professional working relationships with clients over the telephone in a tactful and diplomatic approach and have the ability to plan effectively. To Maintain and update client systems and databases accurately. Effectively handle internal and external mail and telephone queries. Work closely with senior management to provide accurate documentation, presentations and reports and to provide administrative support for specific projects.

Key Skills Required

Database management, good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook. Copy/Audio typing & use of Powerpoint is an advantage but not essential.
