With over 20 years in the financial services industry, and a lifetime of experience as a business owner, Mike is the backbone and visionary of the company. Mike is currently qualified to Diploma level (level 4), and is studying to become chartered status (level 6) within the next 2 years.
Mike is an adrenalin junky, and enjoys white water rafting, swimming, scuba diving, as well as visiting places such as Bali and India.
Phil has over 20 years within the financial services industry giving advice to individuals and businesses on all aspects of financial planning. Phil is currentlyl qualified to Diploma level (level 4), and studying to become chartered status (level 6) within the next 2 years.
Phil enjoys spending time with his daughter and playing tennis.
Carol has been Company Secretary since 2002 and is responsible for the day-to-day running of the compnay ensuring that everything runs smoothly including the Company's Finances, Compliance and Human Resources.
Carol is half-way through completing an Open University Degree and has recently started a creative writing course to enhance her blogging skills and is also an avid genealogist. Carol enjoys spending time with her husband in India and being at home with her children and grandchildren.
Nicola joined MRA in Spring 2011 as a Paraplanner. Since being at MRA Nicola has achieved an award in Financial Administration. In February 2017, Nicola achieved the Diploma in Financial Planning (Level 4) and in August 2017 she started the route to Chartered Financial Planner (Level 6) of which she is currently 2 exams away.
Nicola is an avid sportsfan, with Speedway and West Ham Football Club amongst her favourites.
Tom joined MRA in July 2013 as a Social Media and Digital Marketing Apprentice. Tom is currently working towards gaining a Degree in Computing.
Tom is also into classic cars and his passion is the "classic mini" which one day he hopes to own. In the meantime he has settled with his Seat Ibiza.
Heidi has recently joined MRA as Digital Content Manager. Heidi has over 15 years experience around the complexities of content marketing and editorial. This could be by acquisition of potential customers, retention of existing ones by making more people aware of our brand, product, content or really anything else.
Heidi is a keen Disney fan and enjoys taking short breaks with her family.
